Arrive at Cairo International airport and receive our representative from Egypt Aten Tours. He will assist you through all airport procedures, namely: passport control, luggage claim area and customs.

A guide isn't legally required, but the tombs have no on-site signage explaining what you're looking at, and ticket rules limit which tombs you can enter without paying extra per tomb. An Egyptologist guide tells you which tombs are worth the extra ticket for your specific interests and handles those logistics on the spot.
Airport meet-and-greet, all transfers by private air-conditioned vehicle, domestic flights between Cairo and Luxor, hotel accommodation with breakfast, an English-speaking licensed Egyptologist guide, entry fees for all listed sites, and guest support throughout your stay. International flights, your Egypt entry visa, tipping, and personal expenses are not included.
The fastest option is a domestic flight, around 1 hour, and it's what this tour uses. An overnight train is also available and takes roughly 9–10 hours, which some travelers choose for the experience rather than the time saved.
