Geographically, most of these packages follow a pretty natural path. You'll probably start in Cairo. It's chaotic, loud, and completely fascinating—you'll see the Pyramids, wander the Egyptian Museum, and inevitably drink way too much sugary tea in the bazaars. From there, flying south to Luxor and Aswan to hop on a river cruise is the classic route. It's effortless. You just wake up, eat breakfast, and walk off the boat right into a 3,000-year-old temple.
But maybe ancient stones aren't your only focus? A lot of our trips tack on a few days in Hurghada or Sharm El Sheikh at the end. Just pure beach time. Snorkeling in the Red Sea, reading a book by the pool, eating fresh seafood.
